 avid Allen grew up in Cheltenham, England, and immigrated to Canada at 18 years of age. "It was the 60's", he said, "the only career choices were rock star or photographer". David ran a professional studio for over 30 years. Shooting in all media, 8X10, 4X5, 2¼, 35mm, with strobe lights, umbrellas and tripods, David has photographed everything from oil rigs to pump jacks to gold mines. He has taken photos coast to coast to coast for corporate publications, annual reports and national magazines. |
